Back in 2002, lead generation looked nothing like it does today. We were running DOS-based systems, doing patchwork to make them talk to PHP web pages, manually resending text files, and building processes from scratch in an industry that did not have a playbook yet.

I was there from the beginning - not watching from the sidelines, but helping build the tools and systems that would eventually shape the industry. Over 22 years of leading operations, technology, and client services teams. Two decades solving the same problem:
